Why we use it

• To keep a record of our correspondence with you in our customer relationship system.
• To keep the website secure and available.

We process your details with your consent when you send an enquiry, and for our legitimate interest in responding to it. We send marketing communications only with your separate consent, and every message includes a way to opt out.

Who processes it for us

• Zoho Corporation provides our contact form and customer relationship system. Zoho may store and process information outside South Africa, under safeguards that provide protection comparable to POPIA.
• Cloudflare hosts and protects this website.

We share your information with no one else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for one year after our last contact with you, and then delete them, unless an ongoing business relationship or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.
