Questions we hear
What do we pay during the 90 days?
Nothing. The evaluation is fee-free.
What do the success measures look like?
Each measure is tied to the decision you want to improve, such as research time per account, review time per call, forecast error or triage time per case. You record a baseline before go-live, and both sides agree the threshold in writing.
What do you need from us?
A business sponsor, a data owner, access to the agreed data before go-live, and users who take part during the evaluation.
Where does our data go?
Megin Insights runs in your cloud tenant or on-premises. Saga, our orchestration AI, does the heavy lifting inside your environment, and only anonymised, partial information reaches an external model. Saga declines out-of-scope questions locally, and records only that a decline occurred.
Can we start without the evaluation?
Yes. A direct subscription starts from go-live.
